New Friends! Increased Confidence! Feeling Fit! Those are just a few of the benefits of participating in Girls on the Run. Do you want to empower your girl and unlock her limitless potential? Register her now for one of our life-changing, after-school programs: Girls on the Run for girls in elementary school and Heart & Sole for those in middle school. We have teams at more than 100 locations across Silicon Valley!
Trained coaches lead the girls through lessons about standing up for yourself and others, managing emotions, setting goals, stopping gossip and bullying, and so much more. Teachers say they see the positive effects of GOTR girls' performance in the classroom, too! The program culminates with girls positively impacting their communities through a service project and being physically and emotionally prepared to complete the celebratory Girls on the Run 5K event.
* Lottery registration is open January 6 through January 15; save $10 at our full-fee sites when you register during this time.
* The computer-generated lottery will be run on Thursday, January 16. Registration will be closed on this day. We will notify families by email once the lottery is run.
